Mon 2 Sep 2024 14:45 - 14:55 at Meeting 3 - Music Generation
This demonstration will showcase possible solutions to implement real-time generation of experimental audio ambiances and soundscapes with timbric and spatial sound self-management capabilities. Following a short listening session, there will be an in-depth analysis of some of the key sound structures with great focus on the “blocks” design approach, explaining differences and similarities between sound generator, post-processing, audio analysis programming blocks. The key distinctiveness of the presented artistic-design approach lays in the voluntary strong detachment from now trending generative methods (AI, audio-applied neural networks) thus preferring more low-tech methods with clear computational efficiency and easier implementation
